FORT COLLINS, Colo.  – Triple Crown Sports has come to an agreement with popular YouTube sensation Domingo Ayala, who will appear at several high-profile TCS events in 2016 and provide his unique brand of humor to baseball and softball audiences, officials announced today.

“Triple Crown Sports is always looking for ways to add value to our events, and we see Domingo Ayala giving our customers another way to enjoy their time and have a unique experience,” said Joe Santilli, Director of Triple Crown Baseball. “We’re serious about competition at our tournaments, but we know there’s fun to be had outside the lines as well.”

Ayala’s “Theory of Beisbol” series and other videos on YouTube have racked up more than 15 million views.  He has performed in a variety of settings, from indoor sports facilities, sports complexes, youth baseball fundraisers, corporate events, and even in MLB locker rooms.  Ayala’s unconventional journey to excellence as a fictional athlete provides a great deal of comedic material that sports fans have embraced over the past few years.

“Being able to infuse fun into the game of baseball is something we pride ourselves on; having an opportunity to align Domingo Ayala with an organization like Triple Crown means we’re able to accomplish that with a partner that shares that vision,” said Tim Ziakas, Senior Managing Partner-Parkview Sports Group.

Triple Crown Sports, which produces a variety of competitive, premier destination tournaments drawing thousands of athletes and their families, welcomes Domingo Ayala to the following events:

About Domingo Ayala

For a “17 year old” who is touted as the best recruit in the MLB draft, Domingo Ayala certainly doesn’t shy away from telling people how great he is.  Ayala, from Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic, is definitely comfortable making it known how much money he thinks he should sign for.  And with the amount of people that follow him on social media, he’s got the fan base every team in MLB would love.  Until he gets drafted, he’s decided to teach players around the globe about the “Domingo” way to play.

A message from Domingo-

“I’m looking forward to meeting all the young players that are so excited to play baseball. These kids motivate me to get better…even though it’s impossible for me to get better than I already am right now. I just can’t wait to be around all this big tyne talent!”
